Quube[TwoDee] Pixel Art Environment Test


So here’s the coloured version of the sketch from the previous post. Just trying out different textures and light. I like some parts, but will probably just scrap most and take out bits that I need.

Quube [TwoDee] Environment Sketches


Here’s some assets and rough environments that I’ll be using as a base for the pixel art tiles that need to be made. Still getting a feel for the universe and how the characters live in their habitats. I want them to feel more lived in. 

Also another couple of characters and a menu mockup possibly?

Quube[twodee] pixelart rework!


Hey after some tweaking in photoshop I figured out a nice group of settings to draw pixel art and scale it nicely. I’m really really new to pixel art, I didn’t realize how hard it is. :/

Quube[TwoDee] Is getting a revamp!

So Quube is getting a remake for newer Unity engine that has come out, new levels new game play and even a new art style. Here's some warmup sketches for me getting back into the swing of things.
